WHO IS JESUS?

Jesus is our mighty God.

He is the Rose of Sharon,

The bright and morning Star,

The First and the Last,

The Alpha and the Omega,

The Beginning and the End,

Our soon coming King,

The Lamb of Heaven.

 

Jesus is the Light of the world.

He is the Water of Life.

He is the Door of Salvation.

He is the Rock of Ages.

He is the Chief Cornerstone.

He is the Rod of God.

 

Jesus is the Answer.

He is the Truth.

He is the Way.

He is Eternal Life.

 

Do you know Him?

Have you received Him?

Have you thanked Him?

 

He is the Eternal God.

He breathed upon the face of the deep.

He flung the stars into space.

He created man in His own image.

He opened the fountains of the deep.

He bestowed grace upon Noah.

He provided the lamb for Abraham.

He rescued Joseph from the pit, from the palace and from the prison.

He saved Moses in a basket of bulrushes.

He delivered the Hebrews from Egyptian bondage.

He spoke the moral code for the human race at Mt. Sinai.

He blew down the walls of Jericho.

 

He gave Caleb the mountain.

He empowered Samson to slay the heathen.

He made Boaz a kinsman redeemer.

He gave Hannah and Elkanah a son named Samuel.

He made David the matterhorn of the Old Testament.

He allowed Jonathan to be David's friend.

He smote the prophets of Baal on Mt. Carmel.

He sent Nehemiah to Jerusalem to rebuild the wall.

He put Esther in the king's palace and Haman on the king's gallows.

He gave job twice as much as he had before.

 

He allowed David to write, "The Lord is my Shepherd."

He gave Solomon great wisdom.

He called Isaiah from an angelic‑filled temple.

He put a fire in the bones of Jeremiah.

He told Ezekiel to preach to a valley of dry bones.

He walked in the fiery furnace with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.

He helped Hosea redeem his wife.

He promised Joel that He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh.

He spoke through Amos and reminded us that He made the stars and turned the shadow of death into morning.

He delivered Jonah from the belly of the great fish.

He told Micah that one day men would beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks.

 

He reminded Nahum that He is slow to anger and great in power.

He announced to Habakkuk that the "'just shall live by His faith.‑

He called upon Zephaniah to "seek ye the Lord" seek righteousness, seek meekness.

He uttered from Haggai, "Consider your ways."

 

He promised through Zechariah that one day He would hiss (whistle) for them (church) and gather them.

He declared in Malachi that "I am the Lord. I change not."

 

Do you know Him?

In Matthew, He's the King of the Jews.

In Mark, He's the Lord over disaster, demons, disease, and death. (Chapter 4)

In Luke, the angel called Him Jesus‑the Son of the Highest. 1:31-33

In John, He is the Light that shineth in the darkness. (1:5)

In Acts, He is a rushing mighty Wind. (2:2)

In Romans, He is declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. (1:4)

In I Corinthians, He is the One Who gives us victory over death. (15:57)

In II Corinthians, He is the One in Whom all the promises of God abide. (1:20)

In Galatians, He is the One Who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God our Father. (1:4)

In Ephesians, He is the One Who has made us alive who were dead in trespasses and sins. (2:1)

In Philippians, He is the One which hath begun a good work in ydu and will perform it until the day of His second coming. (1:6)

In Colossians, He is the Head of the body, the church; Who is the Beginning, the Firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence. (1:18)

In I Thessalonians, He shall de­scend from heaven with a shout with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first. (4:16)

In II Thessalonians, He shall be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel. (1:7‑8)

In I Timothy, He will appear and reveal Himself as the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords. (6:14‑15)

In II Timothy, He hath saved us and called us with an holy calling. (1:9)

In Titus, He is our blessed Hope and we look for His glorious appearing. (2:13)

In Philemon, He is every good thing which is in you. (1:6)

In Hebrews, He upholds all things by the Word of His powei. (1:3)

In James, He is the Father of lights, with Whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. (1:17)

In I Peter, He has begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection. (1:3)

In II Peter, He gives to us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. (1:3)

In I John, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrigh­teousness as we confess. (1:9)

In II John, He is the Truth which dwells in us and shall be with us forever. (2)

In III John, He is the One that helps us walk in the truth. (3)

In Jude, He is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the pres­ence of His glory with exceed­ing joy. (24)

In Revelation, He testifieth these things and saith, Surely I come quickly. Arnen. (22:20)

 

YES, HE DID!

 

He robed Himself in human flesh and became God Incarnate­ Immanuel.

He presented Himself to John the Baptist at Jordan and heard His Father say, "This is My Son, in Whom I am well­pleased."

He healed the sick.

He raised the dead.

He rode triumphantly into Jerusalem.

He prayed in the garden.

He stood before Pilate.

He carried His cross.

He was crucified on Calvary.

 

He was buried in a borrowed tomb.

He rose from the dead.

He appeared to the men on the Emmaus road.

He showed Himself to Thomas.

He ascended into heaven.

He is seated at the right hand of God.

He is coming for His church.

He will be the judge at the Great White Throne.

He will carry us into heaven.

King of the Jews Racial King

King of Israel National King

King of Righteousness Saving King

King of Ages Eternal King

King of Heaven Reigning King

King of Glory Glorious King

King of kings and Lord of lords-Omnipotent King!

 

David says the heavens declare the glory of God and the firma­ment showeth His handiwork.

 

He is a sovereign King and no means of measure can define His limit­less love.

 

No far seeing telescope can bring into visibility the coastline of His bountiful supplies.

 

No barrier can hinder Him from pouring out His blessing.

 

He is enduringly strong.

He is entirely sincere.

He is eternally steadfast.

He is immortally graceful.

He is imperially powerful.

He is impartially merciful.

 

Do you know Him?

Have you thanked Him?

 

He is the greatest phenomenon Who has crossed the horizon Of this world.

He is God's Son.

He is the sinner's Savior.

He is the Centerpiece of civilization.

He stands in the solitude of Himself.

He is unique.

He is unparalleled.

He is unprecedented.

He is the loftiest idea in literature.

He is the highest Personality in philosophy.

He is the supreme Problem in higher criticism.

He is the fundamental Doctrine of true theology.

He is the Miracle of the age.

He is the Superlative of every thing good that you choose to call Him.

He is the only One qualified to be the all‑sufficient Savior.

 

Do you know Him today?

 

He supplies strength for the weak.

He is available for the tempted and tried.

He sympathizes and He saves.

He strickens and sustains.

He guards and He guides.

He heals the sick.

He cleansed the lepers.

He forgives sinners.

He discharges debtors.

He delivers captives.

He defends the feeble.

He blesses the young.

He serves the unfortunate.

He regards the aged.

He rewards the diligent.

He beautifies the meek.

 

Do you know Him?

 

He is the Key to knowledge.

He is the Wellspring of wisdom.

He is the Doorway of deliverance.

He is the Pathway of peace.

 

He is the Roadway of righteous­ness.

He is the Highway of holiness.

He is the Gateway of Glory.

 

Do You know Him?

 

His office is manifold.

His promise is sure.

His light is matchless.

His goodness is limitless.

His mercy is everlasting.

His love never changes.

His Word is enough.

His grace is sufficient.

His reign is righteous.

His yoke is easy.

His burden is light.

 

I wish I could describe Him to you!!

 

He is indescribable.

He is incomprehensible.

He is invincible.

He is irresistible.

 

You can't get Him out of your mind.

You can't get Him off of your hands.

You can't out live Him.

You can't live without Him.

The Pharisees couldn't stand Him.

The Sadducees didn't believe Him.

They found out they couldn't stop Him.

Herod couldn't kill Him.

Pilate couldn't find any fault in Him.

The crowd yelled, "Crucify Him.”

The Roman soldiers mocked Him.

One thief ridiculed Him.

The other thief received Him.

The spectators cried against Him.

His mother cried for Him.

God imputed sin to Him.

The debt of sin was paid by Him.

One Roman soldier stabbed Him.

Another Roman soldier accepted Him.

Physical life left Him.

Eternal life enveloped Him.

Death couldn't handle Him.

The grave couldn't hold Him.

Satan couldn't destroy Him.

That's my King‑yes, my King.

 

And Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory for ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.

When you get through all the forevers, then "AMEN!"

 

Do you know Him?

 

He sits at the right hand of God.

He prays for you every day.

He dispatches angels to bring His children home.

He waits for the trumpet blast.

He visits His church.

He puts the finishing touch on heaven.

He prepares the marriage supper of the Lamb.

He knocks on your heart’s door.

 

Do you know Him?

Have you thanked Him?

 

He is the Suffering Servant in Isaiah 53.

He is the Lamb of God in John 1:29.

 

He is unique!

He is available!

He is here!

He is Jesus!
